FAQ
What if I don't like my pictures?
In the event that you do not like your photos, a reshoot may be requested within 24-72 hours of receiving the final photo delivery. In the request form, you must include concrete reasons why the photos are not to your liking.
Failure to provide clear differences between the photos and the details approved during the pre-production stage will dismiss the reshoot request.
If your request is approved, the reshoot can take an additional 10-14 business days to complete.
What if I don't live in Houston?
If you are not located in Houston and would like to book a product shoot, you have the option of shipping your items.
Please understand that you are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from Houston.
Do I get the original photos + the edits?
No. I do not offer the original photos in addition to the edited images.
The post-production stage is a vital stage for skin retouching, color grading, and detail refining. Without these elements, the original photos lack the complete vision and create a gap between what I am offering as a brand. You are welcome to pay for additional edits outside of your custom quote.
Do I pick my own edits?
If your shoot includes you and/or models, you will receive a preview of the photos and are able to select your choice of photos to be edited.
If you are booking a product shoot, the edits are automatically applied to the set of photos because the product styling is determined during the pre-production stage.
When is the money due?
A 50% retainer is required to secure a single booking. The remaining balance is due once the shoot is completed. Your invoice will explicitly state the due dates of the two payments.
Please note that monthly photo subscriptions requires a different payment schedule and retainer amount.
What are my payment options?
All retainers must be paid via debit or credit card through the payment portal. The portal becomes available once you have accepted the price quote and choose to move forward.
Can I pay the invoice in full?
Yes, you may pay the invoice in full, but it is not required. You have the option to split the payment or pay it all upfront.
